“Introduction to handspinning” - Online course

In this course, we will teach you to spin your yarn using a spindle, a tool used for thousands of years to create yarn that many of us still use today. Although you may not need to hand spin to make your clothes and textiles nowadays, you will find that there is power and pleasure in the simple craft of hand spinning your yarn.
From understanding the principles of fibre-spinning to mastering the balance between fibre and spindle, our online course is meant to empower you to create your own yarn from an array of fibres and fuel your creative projects.
